This SureFeedback review is for freelancers, agencies and designers who are tired of client feedback arriving as long emails, blurry screenshots and “the button on that page, you know the one”.
SureFeedback (formerly ProjectHuddle) lets clients click anywhere on a live website, a mockup or a PDF and leave a comment pinned to that exact spot.
Below I cover how it works, the difference between the cloud and self-hosted versions, what it costs in 2026, and where it falls short compared with other website feedback tools.
