Follow the steps below to create a countdown timer popup using OptinMonster.
Create a Floating Bar Campaign
Login to your OptinMonster account and click on “New Campaign” from the right side of the screen.
Then select the campaign type as “floating bar” from the menu.
After that, select your campaign template as “Countdown Timer“.
Then click on “Use Template” and name your campaign.
Update Display Settings
By default, the campaign is set to display at the bottom of your website.
You can change the location to display it at the top of your website.
Follow the steps below:
Click on Floating Settings.
Toggle the load floating bar at top of the page to the On position.
Set Timer and Customize the Design
After updating the display settings, set the timer for the campaign. Choose the type of timer as “static” so that every visitor will see the same time.
Set the start and end date of your campaign and click on Save.
